So, lets repeat it again.

Eating foods rich in soy protein provides high-quality protein & other nutrients with no downsides.

There's no reduction of manly hormones, and no missing hypertrophy potential if you get enough total protein & amino acids per day ( just like with animal protein )

Great fundamentals, of course 💪💪. But if I was coaching you we would work on being more relaxed, fluid & faster in your striking. And much more mobile and versatile with your footwork.

A nutritionally rich higher-SPC score matters because it will provide your body with more health and fitness friendly nutrients per unit of energy.

This is the much needed, & complete opposite way of how most of humanity is currently eating.

A systematic review and meta-analysis of randomized trials of substituting soymilk for cow’s milk and intermediate cardiometabolic outcomes: understanding the impact of dairy alternatives in the transition to plant-based diets on cardiometabolic health
Dietary guidelines recommend a shift to plant-based diets. Fortified soymilk, a prototypical plant protein food used in the transition to plant-based diets, usually contains added sugars to match the sweetness of cow’s milk and is classified as an ...

Ergo, the only milk you should be drinking, unless you are intolerant is, enriched, unsweetened soy milk 💪💪.
November 14, 2025 at 8:04 AM
Enriched but unsweetened soy milk provide the same high quality nutrients as Cow milk on the same comparable level ( enriched soy milk is markedly better for b12).

While also providing slightly better health outcomes & a earth shattering sustainability win.
