Sullivan always goes easy on his own kids, the kids at the orphanage, and the kids he meets on his travels. He's just too nice, so unless he's specifically asked by the kids to show no mercy, he won't do it.

Melanthios created a significant portion of the world's plant life, mainly flowers/flowering plants, during his long holding of the Seat of Halmarut. He also created the Monoceros as a gift to Anargyros. Similarly, Anargyros made the Pegasos for Melanthios.

Melanthios created a significant portion of the world's plant life, mainly flowers/flowering plants, during his long holding of the Seat of Halmarut. He also created the Monoceros as a gift to Anargyros. Similarly, Anargyros made the Pegasos for Melanthios.
Sullivan isn't really afraid of aetherytes and finds them convenient. However, due to his Garlean heritage, he tends to get aethersick using them, even if its only to travel short distances through a city. He tends to only use them in an emergency.
The topic of transport got me curious so #wolqotd how does your WoL/OC feel about using aetherytes?
To explain: The process aethertravel consists of breaking down the physical body into aether particles through the teleport spell so it can flow through the stream and be tangible again upon arrival.

Sullivan's MSQ glam has been the Idyllshire casting set since HW and at this point I'm too committed to change it, though I briefly had it set as the gear Tataru gives you in StB when I first started that expansion.

The Vault didn't hit as hard because I wasn't as attached to The Character as I am now. I actually didn't ship Sullivan with him until after the fact.

Sullivan is not the WoL, nor is he even considered a Scion, as he only joined the party in the tail end of Endwalker and its subsequent patches, after which he (and Estinien) promptly disappeared. He appears sporadically with Estinien throughout Dawntrail but is generally uninvolved in the story.
The only time Sullivan has ever gone into a blackout rage was when he was helping Meteor take down Thordan and his knights. After the battle, as Thordan was dying, Sullivan decapitated him with Ascalon, much to the horror of everyone present.

Sullivan physically cannot channel/manipulate aether without seriously harming/killing himself, so he in general cannot do anything that requires aether without outside help. Low-level black magic is generally "fine", whereas something like Fire IV or Meteor (BLM LB3) would probably kill him.
