Just putting this perspective up here:
Disney lost between $3.5-4bn this past week.
That is enough money to fund NEH at current levels for almost 17 years.
One company lost this much in less than 7 days.

Millennials are the chosen people, the only ones who can redeem the world
Discovering computer as an adult makes you go crazy. Discovering computer as a baby makes you go crazy. In all of human history, there will only ever be one generation to discover computer at the correct age: 13
The problem with every post-Millennial generation is they got to go straight to high speed internet. Of course you'll get computer madness that way. Make them start with those old screeching modems and work their way up

Just had my covid vaccine at CVS with insurance it cost me $60 out of pocket, this is in New York. Fortunate I could get it, and I can afford it. This is not accessible or equitable.

RFK Jr. says anyone who wants a covid shot can get one. Not these Americans.
Pharmacies and doctors are struggling to adjust to a new regulatory environment for updated coronavirus vaccines that are no longer broadly recommended.

According to SCOTUS, this Administration can racially profile and violate civil rights without consequence. The Constitution is not a suggestion. People deserve to live without fear they will be seized by the government, solely based on their skin color or the language they speak.

Of course they don't care, that's a given.
But it's fascinating to see how a bunch of people who want to "run the government like a business" think that ignoring the basic needs of the workforce - food security, shelter, education, safety, and decent healthcare - is a recipe for success.

This is an actual exchange from a VP who took an oath to defend the constitution and, as a citizen, is expected to abide by the law.

Watching Bill Cassidy reveal the commitments that RFK Jr gave him — for instance, a pledge to provide Senate a 30-day heads-up on any planned changes to vaccine safety monitoring programs.
Strikes me that these commitments wouldn’t be needed if the health secretary wasn’t RFK Jr

According to the Yale Budget Lab, the average effective tariff rate in this economy right now is 18.2%
Let me put that another way.
President Trump has raised taxes on American businesses and consumers by -- on average -- 18.2%

A thing I really need people to keep in mind: 15% tariffs are high, historically speaking. 10% tariffs are high.
The average effective tariff rate before this term was just over 2%. Anything double-digits is high!
