I spent a lot of extra time doing burnout reps on this workout and I'm pretty sure if it wasn't my first time doing a full dumb-bell arm workout I may have broken 100k. Monday I'm coming for this goal.

I desperately need someone to come massage my biceps. The DOMS is brutal this morning on day 2 of recovery. Suddenly I'm very glad I changed up my workout schedule because otherwise I'd be doing another full body workout today and idk if I could do that in this state. 🫠

I guess if anything yesterday I did get my lean muscle mass measured which is approx 207 lbs. So I know where roughly my goal is right now.

Well that ended miserably. My time with my trainer got ruined by boring ass transphobia the usual culprits in fitness, like diet mysticism bullshit and to top it off I get to go back tomorrow because I didn't fully work out out to true failure, just awkward superset failure.

Legitimately, CNN let miller basically re-take the "Trump has plenary powers" gaffe because he did the bad equivalent of pretending to go through a tunnel and put that version out everywhere. You think someone would say something that wasn't basically screaming into a comments section.
