It could straight up be because I've been High but I am so into baking fries and tossing them in a mixture of sesame oil and Bulgogi seasoning and then dipping them in a sweet chili sauce. Obsessed.

I've been making soup lately. One of the favs is a Chicken bone broth base, coconut cream, panang curry and some white fish. Veg is whatever I have on hand but canned corn and potato is pretty good. I also like to add some bamboo shoots.

First day of work was mainly a huge info dump but it was fun and I got to take lots of notes. Partner treated me to a feast when I returned home. Feeling loved
