Twelve years ago I threw a dad rock party where i invited anyone's dad to come and play their records. It was a way to make fun of all the rich kid DJs who would just show off their super rare and expensive Discogs purchases at their events.
My party ended up lasting seven years.

Pound for pound, i think Spin City might have the most talent on a sitcom week to week. Alan Ruck, Barry Bostwick, Michael J., Richard Kind, Connie Britton, etc etc. And every week was some 80s star like Meredith Baxter-Birney or Alyssa Milano would show up.
