There's madness to my method. Combining the LCD upscaler PCB, a 10.1" LCD, and my FreeBee Microbee compatible, I can build a clamshell luggable that folds up to a mere 50mm thick. A new coreboard features 512K "PAK carts", doing away with bulky floppy drives.

And done. Board is currently perfect. I'm afraid any testing will only reveal fuckups, so at this point there simply isn't an alternative that will let my ego escape unscathed. It's gonna have to go in the drawer.

I seriously love building tiny things. Gotta say though, these little SMD inductors were _hard_. I ended up doing them in the toaster oven. Everything else so far (0603, SOT23, SSOP, QFN oscillator) has just been soldered with my Metcal iron.
Waiting on the FPGA to show up so I can finish assembly.

Planter progress. We put the beginnings of the plumbing in, with risers for each planter, positioned them, and added six scoops of dirt, then a layer of sticks, then hay, then 0.5m2 of landscape mix (dirt + compost).
We'll leave them to settle for a couple of months then add more before planting.

Had to take the firefighting unit off the back of the ute so we could go pick up some raised planters, but then the firefighting unit was in the way so we couldn't put the tractor away. If only we were able to somehow lift it to move it around...
