Since Maxwell has been convicted she cannot exercise a 5th A right against self incrimination.
Ghislaine Maxwell: as she is doing time already, Congress shd immunize her which would force her to have to testify (she is currently objecting based on the 5th A). She can be prosecuted if she lies or refuses to testify. And it would make it that much more outlandish for Trump to later pardon her.
