I just did a side-to-side comparison of the 28-POINT PEACE PLAN and the EUROPEAN COUNTER-PROPOSAL and one thing is clear …
Neither "plan" punishes Putin's Russia for its warranted war in Ukraine. In fact, both plans implicitly reward Russia.

The Trump Administration's 28-point plan for Ukraine is a total capitulation to Putin. Ukraine's future is up to Ukraine, and Europe as well as the international community must be at the table.

The "oath to Hitler" replaced the oath to the German Weimer constitution in 1934. It bound military and state officials to personal loyalty to Hitler and his authority.
Nobody in American government or the military has sworn an official oath to obey Trump when he violates the Constitution.
