It occurs to that Congress needs to enact a process similar to the "Parliamentary Non-Confidence Vote" to deal with elected leaders who have (rightfully) lost the confidence of their constituents to effectively supplement the "impeachment process" which addresses "high crimes and misdemeanours".

This is totally unfair. Witkoff and Kushner had extensive help from the Russian foreign ministry, and they are trying to hog all the credit. SMH.
