Power and endurance comes from our lower body. Weights are by far the best option for this. However, even if you don't have weights available you can still get stupid strong. Here are some variations to add difficulty to standard bodyweight air squats.

Slowly getting back at it. My week now looks like 3 days of Muay Thai, 5 days of strength training, one run, and 2 rest days. Gonna put on the muscle in the winter and focus on cardio in the spring.
