The only really comprehensive mod I can find is a rebalance mod that claims to not be a hardtype but I'm not falling for that for the twentieth or whatever time in my life. It appears to have a few QoL updates, but QoL is legitimately what the game needs the most by far, much more than a rebalance.

The game would seriously love a mod, at least, to make the workshop system less tedious to use. Having to save (and one of the slower saves on the system, at that,) every single time you interact with your storage box is sooo sloooow. Only being able to carry a small number of blades with you sucks!

Speaking of games I'm playing tomorrow, Vagrant Story is probably the game I singly most want a remake of. It's a game I love with absolutely impeccable vibes and famously the best-looking 3D game on the PS1, but I'll admit that it's also a rather crusty and slow game with unfriendly mechanics.

it was my tablet's fault, turns out. my kamvas 16 pro served me faithfully for nearly 6 years but it appears to have a hardware fault in it that is repeatedly doing those inputs now. i'm not entirely sure why, but it is what it is

just spent two hours troubleshooting a hardware issue that was causing my computer to do inputs of [[[]]] randomly & frequently even when my keyboard was disconnected - even with bluetooth disconnected! i was being assigned a homestuck typing quirk by the universe and i could not be having with that

The series as a whole is also strongly written in the vibe that Touhou may have turned to surrounding the release of 12; the themes of humans and youkai coexisting. Sanbon-san had no idea that the series would instead hard turn to "humans and youkai literally can't coexist at a grand scale" instead.

There's a whole story about Sanbon-san getting super stressed out by Doremy because the demo for 15 came out at the same time as the demo for FMW4, and then like a couple months or something before FMW4 fully comes out 15.5 comes out and completely blows up the OG content's stick, yeah.
