I cannot emphasize how serious an assault on democracy this is. Any effort by the Trump administration to engage in false claims of fraud or mass voter suppression relies on this as a building block. As importantly, there is no legitimate reason DOJ would want this information.

@albertandp.ca ... can you folks bring any more attention to this? For one thing, it shouldn't be up to civilian volunteers to make this info readily accessible and available to people. Also, this is utterly appalling. Rural folk have to drive hours to deliver babies, city folk have 6-12 hour waits.
