You might be able to get a donut pillow from the hospital, but you might not so plan for that. It will be your best friend for the ride back to wherever.

It's been mentioned, but I can't stress enough comfy easy to get on/off clothing.

Also make sure you're masking up on the flight. Kinda obvious.

Plan ahead! Sort out your food/beverages situation beforehand. You're going to be dehydrated af and on meds so grab a case of gatorade or something to toss in the fridge wherever you're recovering. Also something to eat. Jello, apple sauce, instant mashed potatoes. Whatever you like / can eat

I've helped with several ppl's recovery, so I'll add:

Pads / lube definitely. Also something to keep you entertained day of surgery in case you lose phone reception. Things will move faster than you think they will, but there's still that immediate preop wait that's rough if you're prone to anxiety

Was thinking about how fun this could be to throw in something like Pestilence or another card that damages each creature (and player). With Anti-venom and a bunch of Kor you get a pretty big buff from all that. Plus if you can do enough damage to wipe your opponent's board you basically win lol

I was obsessed with B/W decks back then so I ran Uncle Istvan with it which was a similar combo just without the buff
