Do they think the GOP voting against the subsidies will help them in the midterms? There will be a million new scandals between now and then. Republicans will just lie and say it was Democrats that took away the subsidies and the media will he-said-she-said it. Ds will get nothing from it.

Indeed, brand marketing is Trump's one legitimate skill, and he's been very successful at politics. You'd think Democrats would pick up on that.

(I guess "commanding the attention economy" is arguably a legitimate skill. "Conning people" is a major Trump skill, but obviously illegitimate)

Grim has a weird fetish about elevating people who could damage the Democratic party.
