Every now and again there’s an on track incident that sets the dogs loose on a driver or a team and there’s kind of nothing anyone can do about it because no one’s done anything deliberate and malicious to incite it, but now there is one and you can set an example.

Okay it sounds really dumb but if I'm McLaren I actually want both drivers to slow up a bit cuz I would rather they come out in the back of the field and have the free air that they can catch up to in the seven laps than be stuck in the middle trying to overtake.

I reckon we're going to see at least one more safety car this race and it could force the field (not including McLaren) into a three-stop if it's a good time
So almost all of the other other teams will have to double stack twice, field spread nonwithstanding

Honestly, I feel like a team should pay a fine against their cost cap for a pit lane start unless it is for a legitimate reliability reason (I.e. you crashed in qualifying?)
Pit lane start for Colapinto, who may be wondering what the grid markings on racetracks are even for at this point.

Honestly, I feel like a team should pay a fine against their cost cap for a pit lane start unless it is for a legitimate reliability reason (I.e. you crashed in qualifying?)
