Orbitals looks like a game I’d enjoy if I had someone to play it with.

Played the demo for "The Adventures of Elliot: The Millennium Tales". Feels a lot like Ocarina of Time. It's from Square-Enix and comes out 6/18.

I enjoyed it, but found the boss battle at the end to involve a bit more timing coordination than I had.

The alien ambassador sidled through the museum in awe.

"You Humans have so much art! Do you have machines to make all paintings, poems, stories and songs?"

"We experimented with that, briefly," the guide said. "But humans are both cheaper and more creative. And, well, we will make art regardless."

Reminder for those who don't follow sports in the US:
Tomorrow is Super Bowl Sunday.
Therefore, today is a horrible day to go to a grocery store.

Hey all, i’m so sorry to tell you I had to say goodbye to Gigi, the grand Princess Gigila Corgila Fluffila Puppila a.k.a. Girldog, last night. It was time and it was peaceful and she got a proper sendoff from her adoring fans at the vet. Please do something your dog loves, in her honor.

Trying to book a very short trip (Fri-Sun) for mid-March.

Delta has a reasonable rate.

#TIL Delta Basic includes a carry on, but not seat selection.

Fun with color names:

Assuming color and no other connotation, what other color would you describe a watermelon solid color t-shirt or similar to be?

All right Internet, while the two terms are interchangeable to most people, I suspect to some of you there is a difference between a renaissance fair(e) and a renaissance festival. What is that difference?

Accepting, acting - that’s the other half. Usually the more difficult half.

"Autistic people are pedantic and argumentative."
No, we just:
1) Want clarification on things that seem unclear or don't have valid reasoning we can see.
2) Are definitely going to question or ignore some arbitrary rule made up by a dead asshole 100 years ago that doesn't seem to aid anyone now.

Officially canceled my PTO for the Alaska trip that’s not happening.

Took a single day off in June and another in October for 4-day weekends.

I get to go to a beach for the first time in I don’t know how long!

And ride 2 scenic trains.

There is an unexpected light dusting of snow this morning.

It won’t survive the touch of the sun, but it’s pretty.

And I should probably leave for work a little early in case people were driving dumb.

Is it technically my responsibility?
- No.

Is it the responsibility of the people who brought it to me?
- No.

Can I fix it?
- Yes.

Do they know that?
- Yes.

Can I find and fix the problem outrageously fast compared to the people who should have fixed it and created the problem?
- Yes.

Had a good talk with my wolf tonight to plot out a road trip-ish vacation with him as my plans for Alaska in June are not happening.

I still want to do something mid-summer, but not sure what.
