You can test new tech ideas using the Seinfeld Test

Would the product eliminate the plot of an episode? (Google maps, cell phones, paypal, battery packs)

Good tech.

Would the product inspire new Seinfeld plots? (NFTs, AI chatbots, crypto currency, blindboxes, metaverse land sales)

Bad tech.

The old-school #ViewMaster had greater global impact.
look, yes, Zuck is dumb and wrong about everything

but can we talk for a second about how 3D/360 video is proving to be fundamentally uninteresting? because I'm actually kind of fascinated by how 𝘯𝘰𝘯𝘦 impact it's had

Another day, another densified Divvy station! We've increased dock capacity at Washington & Wabash by 50% without taking up any additional space. This is important downtown where there is limited public right of way.

The Family Van Pelt #1 - Schulz Tackles a Baby! It’s a new season on Unpacking Peanuts, as we take a look at everyone’s favorite venerable grade schoolers: Linus, Lucy, and Rerun Van Pelt. In these early strips featuring them the seeds of greatness have already been sown.

Photo by Pierre Lavie. Yes this is me. And I threw my Leica. It landed on the bass plate with hardly a scratch. Another Photographer grabbed it along with my phone and I was able to track him later. I was held face down tear gas deployed right in front of me and pepper sprayed directly into the eye.

It's VERY surreal to know that, in the Peanuts comic's final years, there's a strip where Linus attempts to write to Scott Adams and directly namedrops his Dilbert comic strip.

It was a very cute topical meta reference back then, but recent events from the past few years has soured this joke A LOT.
