Massive shoutout out to whoever handles the Royal Canadian Air Force’s social media account. They responded to every single comment on their already very solid Trans Day of Remembrance post and they responded like this…

I've already pre-taken the photo of the signed Kinect Sports: Season Two print, but you'll have to wait until 2031 for that.

Book the day off, or something.

And last but not least: the framed Kameo key art signed by the team, a case created as a joke by the Xbox QA team to house the very limited number of OG Xbox demos that were pressed, and the autograph of Romi Park.. voice actor of Edward from Full Metal Alchemist! Also: Japanese Kameo.

Dinner time!

Hidden away in at the back of the wardrobe we have two more PDZ entries: a sampler of the Perfect Dark comic, and a 2006 'glamour' calendar which... speaks for itself, really.

2006 sure was a year, eh?

Onto two less-successful experiments. That warped monstrosity was an attempt at a T-shirt with a lenticular panel on the front, showing different Warriors depending on the angle you viewed it from. It's, er, it's not well.

And despite PDZ's best efforts, we're still not on the crab milk

Next, a trifecta of T-shirts, each increasingly wrinkled. The polo shirt is interesting because it was made in an area where Kameo was still destined for the original Xbox.

No, I will not be ironing any of these.

First off, we have the launch day Xbox 360s we were given, complete with a customised badge on the hard drive. (I was watching a lot of Stand Alone Complex at the time...)

The Kameo faceplate is a one-of-a-kind fan product, created as a proof-of-concept by a friend of Xbox's then lead QA dev!

What's that you say? It's the 20th anniversary of both #Kameo and #PerfectDarkZero and you'd like to see some random nostalgia media of merch and bits from back in the day?

Well, if you insist... (1/3049)

Forcibly tearing myself away from House Flipper for now but I find it very interesting that the camping bungalow I deliberately designed for an elderly couple got picked up by a young single guy and earned me a "man-cave" achievement. 🤔

Early days in my starter... shack... but I'm already impressed by the customisation options. Especially now I've learned how to sell things and no longer have to hop over two beds to reach my laptop. 🙃 #HouseFlipper

All of my 2026 projects are cancelled; I've just become addicted to House Flipper.

As if there were any doubt that this wasn't a real Prime game, if you stop and check its number is divisible by 2.

"SA, are you awake?"

"Those Metroids sure looked weird... but also kinda cute? In a scary way."

"I bet if you jumped onto one, you could ride it around like a flying cushion! That'd be awesome... Until it started sucking the life essence out of your family, I guess."

"...Goodnight!"
See if they just put a teenage Pauline on Samus' back that sang and pointed out things in the environment, I don't think anyone would've complained

So, they called her "Princess" Rosalina. We know her Mum died and she's a badass adult woman with a spacefaring observatory and a gaggle of adoring star-children.

The only reason she shouldn't be Rosalina, Queen of all Cosmos, is if her deadbeat Dad is out there somewhere. And she's COMING FOR HIM.
November 12, 2025 at 6:24 PM
While they're focusing on this VITAL LORE they also need to explain why he looked like Brosnan during the GoldenEye pre-titles instead of Dalton, why he had to earn his 00 licence again in Casino Royale, why he didn't recognise Blofeld even though he shot his wife, why he was at the 2012 Olympics...
James Bond’s death in No Time to Die is causing a nightmare for the next film. Writers are stuck because Bond “was blown to pieces.”

Anthony Horowitz, author of three 007 novels, says:

“You can't have him wake up in shower and saying it was all a dream."

"Y'ever seen a fainted body, kid?" Detective Pikachu's eyes narrowed. "Cos lemme tell ya, nothing they teach in your classroom can really prepare you. Lying there, breathing shallow, exactly half their money gone."

It reached for a pecha berry on auto-pilot, then caught itself. "Hell of a thing."

If you aren't seeing skeets from some of your fave people, they might have been labeled "Rude" by bsky mods. Idk what they are thinking, I don't need a mommy to tell me who to be buddies with. Anyway, go into Settings > moderation > bluesky moderation (advanced) and turn Rude off.

The thing about Mario Kart 64 is two things:

1. It's DEFIANTLY trying to explore all the things it's possible for a kart racer track to 'be' in a 3D space. Some work! Others, meh.

2. It was the first game that allowed for all four of those controller ports to be used, and you bet your arse we did!
MK64's reception over time looks like a bell curve. First it was looked down on for not being as good as Super Mario Kart.

Then Diddy Kong Racing came out 9 months later and did everything SO much better that it kicked off the "aged poorly" cycle that went on for the next decade or so.
People were already saying MK64 "hasn't held up well" back in 2007? Lmao. This was before Mario Kart Wii even came out
