More political instability caused by stadium. Bad policy combined with a lack of political integrity - a recipe for failure. He won’t be re-elected. #nonewstadium

Organisers estimated 8k plus attendance. I don't think it was that many, but Tas Police have said 1500. Well, it was certainly more than 1500. So, the government and pro-stadium media have latched on to that number and are running with it. #politas
Just home from the rally. Great turnout. Estimated attendance 8 - 10,000. #nostadium

I am only 157cm, my husband is 168cm. Worse for boys and men I think. My husband told me how awful it was for him during his school years. He let all that go. He's never let his short stature hold him back. His closest mates are all at least 180cm tall. This type of surgery sounds drastic.

Brave policy can be great politics.

With brave climate leadership, Anthony Albanese could leave a lasting legacy similar to Bob Hawke with Medicare and Paul Keating with compulsory superannuation, says former South Australian Premier Mike Rann. #auspol

Stadiums and arenas paid for by the public benefit one group and one group ONLY. The owners of sports franchises. Taxpayers NEVER get anywhere near the promised ROI.

There are multiple studies supporting these facts.

Boris Johnson agreed with the sentiment that "Covid is nature's way of dealing with old people." The callousness and disregard for the lives of the vulnerable was awful. Not just from him either.
UK did 'too little, too late', leading to thousands more Covid deaths, says inquiry.

Inquiry chair Baroness Hallett said earlier government action could have avoided the 23 March 2020 lockdown and potentially saved about 23,000 lives in the first wave.
