If you have a persistent issue with the Autumn Apparel pop up greying out, even with restart, it may be a conflict with TOOL mod.

Try restarting offline or remove TOOL mod to resolve.

So I will admit I caved and bought he new pack. Have been quietly playing all week and I will swallow my words now because this has been the most fun I've had with the game in a LONG while. Getaways are tricky to program but at least the summer camp (I tweaked the schedule) works great
