Perhaps I'm just not romantic enough, but rather than a gift idea, a knife seems more like a warning along the lines of, "Don't you dare forget Valentine's Day this year...."

Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't mind it being 10-15 degrees warmer. But I'm really enjoying how it was still light out at 5:15.

Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't mind it being 10-15 degrees warmer. But I'm really enjoying how it was still light out at 5:15.
Using a Heinz ketchup bottle as snow gauge is just another fine example of how far my countrymen will go in order to avoid measuring ANYTHING in metric units.
