Trump is back to calling Alex Pretti names, including "agitator" and "insurrectionist." Remember: what happened in a separate incident weeks before he was killed doesn't change the fact that *he was killed* by the feds for no reason other than his desire to exercise his First Amendment rights.

![The man turns around and instead tries to help the shoved person back up. As he's doing so, the agent CONTINUES to spray chemical in the man's face. The agent then tries to pull the man away from the person who was shoved, and that's when other agents enter the melee.
The man is then subdued, on the ground, appearing no longer to be a threat. [The following is speculation on my part] An agent on the right side of the pile enters into it, and APPEARS to pull away a gun FROM the man (who is a permit holder in the state). You get the idea that this was the agent pulling a gun away rather than holding his own weapon based on the way he handles it (not the way a person would ordinarily hold a gun). [End of my speculation]
After that point -- when the man is STILL subdued and no threat -- the first shot is heard. Agents back away from the man, who falls to the ground. As he's falling, three more shots happen. DHS caught in another lie. They said the man "approached US Border Patrol officers with a 9mm semi-automatic handgun." New video, shows he's...holding a mobile device (screenshot below). Police have said the man was a legal permit holder, and has no prior criminal record other than vehicle tickets.
