We weren't thoughtful in our word choices so as to be CLEAR the first time.
Instead, we twist the confrontation and center ourselves and "want to learn" to do better.

So then once again, someone else, most often Black women, has to take time out of their day and "deal with" us.

I have a theory about Intention with my fellow white women - it wraps around Perfectionism and Individualism and Patriarchal bullshit.
We don't call out bad behavior in ourselves and other white people because we *think* that "i didn't mean to" means there's no harm done!
