The only thing I will say:

I could not do what TOs do for Splatoon.

Volunteering your own time with the risk of being harassed and/or discriminated against is mind boggling to me. I don’t know how they do it but when they do leave, as we have seen many great people leave, I understand why.

Talked about this on stream with grey/chara a bit and if you want more eyes on the tournament and team side of Splatoon then everyyy top player would have to make content not just guides, but just yapping about the meta, players etc and I know that will be very hard to happen motivation wise as we sort of missed our chance to do that at the start at S3 and viewership will be sort of low on videos being made but I feel if people start now getting themselves better at making videos and transition that work ethic into the hype of a S4 release then that could bring a lot of retention on the game I feel.
