I'm a bit torn here bc the Labubu guy actually IS an indie toy designer, I saw his stuff at like WonderFes a decade ago. So he's not like say, Funko shit- So Labubus is one of the better fads because one of us made it big

But also he's probably plenty rich by now (I hope so he deserves to be)

on the other, when i turn any of my passions into a way to make money, i lose all of my creative spark and drive
