Peer-to-Peer Connections in Family Medicine
Hi All, As with all things going on with this podcast and website, I really don't know what I am doing. But rest assured it is always towards the goal of educating and sharing knowledge amongst the Family Physician community. One way of doing this without me as the middle-person, and slowing things down, is peer-to-peer. Of course this also means social connections, chatter about careers, money, struggles and numerous other things I won't have even thought of.

Only ~30% of family doctors in 🇨🇦 provide "longitudinal, community-based primary care" full-time. (ie having a family doc you see when sick.)

30% have a focused practice e.g. addictions or hospice medicine

Another 30%
-do a mix of "family doc" care + focused
