I feel about as useful as a lump of moldy shit for all I’ve managed to do at work today. Nothing is going right & the only conclusion I can draw is that I’m the common denominator in everything that’s gone awry.

Not a good feeling at all. I’m quite defeated. 🥺😢

Yes! I loathe & despise crying. It’s a control thing. I know it. My therapist knows it. But knowing doesn’t change it. 😅

I don’t even know how to deal anymore. She flustered & confused to the point that I’m seriously wondering if she hasn’t had some sort of health event that’s affecting her cognitive abilities. Like it’s bad & it’s making me feel like I’m the idiot here because she’s so confident in her wrongness. ☹️

Why is it when you get above a certain level of anger, stress, frustration the immediate response is to burst into tears.

I’m so fucking angry with the coworker who’s been giving me grief that I’m tearing up at my computer in an absolute rage. I’ve reported her to her boss. Again. I can’t do this.
