New crochet student is AWESOME! She’s already light years ahead of where I was when I started. She’s working on a color changing project with black & learning her lesson there with how important lighting is. She was heading to the store afterwards for a headlamp. 😆

New crochet student is AWESOME! She’s already light years ahead of where I was when I started. She’s working on a color changing project with black & learning her lesson there with how important lighting is. She was heading to the store afterwards for a headlamp. 😆

Another tester for the Halloween booth next year. He’s not completely finished. He needs some gold trim on his cape & he comes with another accessory I have to make up yet. The hair is HARD to do but it is the key piece of the look. Must practice! 🧛♂️🩸

While over for Thanksgiving my nephew saw the dolls I’ve been making. He asked in the sweetest little voice imaginable for a Spider-Man. How could I resist? Going to save it for Christmas. 🎄🎁

Turkey turned out great! Family was generous with thank you’s AND were mindful of the kids with their roughhousing & volume.
So it turns out that I was the crab-ass this time around. Im going to put myself in timeout & catch a nap.

Turkey - still frozen solid despite having it in the fridge to thaw for days.
It’s supposed to go in the oven in 2hrs. I’ve got it in the sink with water to get it going but I’m a bit concerned.
