Place i work doesn't acknowledge #MLKDay. Wanted to mention yesterday: I'm on Book 2 of MARCH. Really interesting to learn of the dif'nt orgs working together to organize sit-ins; there was passive resistance seminars, where people'd scream epithets at one another to practice NOT being reactionary.
Finally reading John Lewis bio, MARCH. S/b required reading at EVERY school! Writing itself, via author Andrew Aydin, is... not great. Story's told in flashback, except when it's NOT flashback but still told like one. Some threads get lost thru exposition or other details.
Still HIGHLY recommended!

Im genuinely fond of how I personally color my comic pages. They are mine and mine alone and im proud of them. They show my love of both comics and animation and I think that's pretty damn cool.

The elevator in my building is INSANELY NOISY! Makes podcast recording VERY hard; my mic picks up the sound EVERY TIME IT MOVES. Worse, people in my building tend to take it just to get to the 2nd & 3rd floors. There hasn't been a solid 4 mins w/out the RUMBLE of the elevator motor!😣😠
