Project goals update
Edited list of features I'd like my model of Yorha 2B to have. It looks she will be done next year. I learned a tone during '24. We will work on her in the coming weeks (and months, for sure).

Old hardware was crashing or exceeding memory (so stopping rendering) in comparison to the newly added AMD Radeon RX 9060 XT.

Might be the scene I made is too sophisticated for the outdated PCs. Tomorrow I will try rendering a test scene from the internet. Might be better optimized.

This is good, even if does not look like much. This level of timing allows for a 10 second video to be rendered in...

(25 * 10) * 138 = 34 500 -> 575 minutes -> around 9 h and 30 minutes (or so). So... basically one night 👍

First test of rendering on AMD Radeon RX 9060 XT Gaming OC 16GB.

UHD (4K) frame of a small Psylocke image took:
2 minutes, 18 seconds and 35 to complete.

We will see how it will compare after I make tests of this frame on other (older as well) hardware.

Yea. I will possibly give a little reasoning why these and how I go around hunting for GPU's. But first... I have to do test renders.

Scene with (a bit heavier) model of Psylock. I did not use it till now. This scene will be a little test run for the speeds of the new hardware (GPUs). I also had the older nVidia put in the rendering machine to firstly render it on that. So I will see the change.

🟥 Writing to you from the main PC after the successful and quick GPU transplant. The older nVidia (4 GB) card is no longer in place; it was taken by the Radeon RX 9060 with ... 16 GB of VRAM 😁

Rendering tests with projects tomorrow and on Friday.
