it did, but it IS a little different there because the style in both 2003 and 1987's dimensions are more like season 6 / season 7 of 2003's style . in the 12 crossover, the 87 turtles become 3d in 2012's world and the 12 turtles become 2d and cartoonish in 87's

i find it very interesting that when 2012 donatello and 1987 donatello went to the mirage dimension, their animation styles don't change, but the moment they're in either of each other's worlds, their style changes to fit that dimension's 😭
