Without students, ya’ll are just glorified researchers. Protect your students from the institutional violence embedded in the westernised academy.

Without students, you’re not educators. It’s really that simple.

How much does the UK spend on welfare?

🇪🇺 Relatively little compared to Europe: just 10.8% of GDP in 2023 (including sickness & disability benefits, pensions, etc.).

Meanwhile, 🇫🇮Finland spends 25.7% of GDP & 🇫🇷France 23.8%.
