The NFTA announced today that Buffalo Metro Rail will start serving the restored DL&W terminal on Dec. 8th, the system's first new station since 1986(!)

Ground has been broken at what will be Canada's largest new co-operative housing project in over 30 yrs, with 612 rent-controlled homes. Kennedy Green designed by Henriquez Partners Architects for CreateTO, Civic Developments, Windmill Developments and the Co-Operative Housing Federation of Toronto.

Toronto has some of the most used and highest frequency bus corridors on the continent.
It’s crazy they don’t/can’t go all in on making buses great (dedicated lanes, stop consolidation, etc.).
It’s not a city where you can even begin to pretend that “nobody rides the bus”.

You cannot even argue that a majority of people on Dufferin aren’t benefitting from these lanes as the 29 is always packed. And it’s not as if those lanes were used for traffic anyways, it was all parked cars before. This is getting absurd
