See, I get the idea, but for me the choice here is always going to be Lapsang Souchong tea.

Hard to outdo a black tea that's as smoky as a burning pyre (okay FINE, *just* a regular campfire) -- and at least one teahouse I've been to also claims it's supposedly the preferred tea of Sherlock Holmes.
