My dog has always been a fan of running off with our shoes. Now that he’s growing, he’s shifted to just untying any shoe he can find and honestly it’s more work than just finding the shoes he stole.

I’ve been trying to reform the way I talk to myself- one of the changes being replacing “dumbass” with “genius”, and honestly it became sarcastic too fast. Strangely enough “god’s favorite princess” works in a much more pleasant way. Burned dinner again? Oh well. I am god’s favorite princess. 👸

yeah I guess if I have red flags it’s that I overthink small things and underthink big things. I also listen to Lorde on occasion? And I’m pretty sure 2026 is going to be my year with zero basis. I refuse to pronounce sherbet the ‘correct’ way, but that would only come up on sherbet Thursdays, so…

Picked up one of those “best short stories” compendiums at the library and read one today. Unfortunately, it was indeed one of the best short stories and now I need to read more :(
