Basically haven’t worked on art in a month because I’ve been sick, low energy due to period, sick again?!?! 😩 might take it as an opportunity to thumbnail since my brain can only handle so much of it at a time.

Giving in to my boomer on fb energy and sharing cool videos etc. Enjoyed this look at how bad lighting has kind of taken over. There was a similar video talking about how bad movies look now, because lack of decision and intention ("we'll do it in post")

I’m glad to see comic creators talking more openly about what they’re being paid from publishers, especially with the creator resource and coop surveys in the last few years.
What I’d love to see next is a reckoning for publishers who do nothing to promote a book’s release.
