I was gifted a metric fuckton of wine from work (three bottles, lmao), and I don't drink, but it's one white and three red... Any recs on what I could cook? I might use a bottle for Bolognese and the white for a risotto, but I'm very open to suggestions.

Well, I can confirm that part of the reason why I felt like my life was crumbling around me was because I... Hadn't taken my antidepressants 💀. Which I kinda knew, but I was kind of stuck in a loop of "this is just the way things are and they'll never change".

Well, it turns out that eating a well-balanced meal and taking my antidepressants is a surefire way to avoid wanting to launch myself into the sun. Maybe I'll do it again tomorrow!
