Figuring out where to place those front post stitches and back post stitches was sometimes a pain in the ass but it comes along. Really looking forward to block this and place it in a hoop. #crocheting #handmade 🧶

October 8, 2025 🧵 The downside to the hand-dyed thread is that the colors are not evenly distributed. One motif has saturated blue and dark green, while the other is all pastels.

I guess I’ll keep churning them out until I get matching pairs 😆

I crochet a lot of small motifs, two to five rounds total.

The first round is universally the worst. There’s so little to hold on to, and it’s the hardest round to keep count of the stitches.

The last round is where the ✨magic✨ happens. Definitely the best part.
