Both vessels are now at #Primorsk / #Ust-Luga. Seems the recent enforcement announcements / developments do have an impact.

If this is true, it’s staggering. You don’t outsource sensitive Pentagon IT to engineers sitting in China and call it “efficient.” Cost savings? No- that’s a national security self-own. Oversight failed, and it needs fixing fast. #CyberSecurity #NationalSecurity #China
