@germnetwork.com nice work on the Bsky integration! One suggestion: perhaps instead of the required bio link you could add the key in a record or offer a dns option? I understand the bio link is easy, and nice marketing, but it needs a lot characters in a bio that’s already quite limited..

Nearing 300 stars for Beans. Probably one of the most fun Open Source things I've ever released. Lots of really helpful contributions. Feedback often "cool, this is just like beads, but good". That is what I was aiming for, so reading that makes me very happy!

After switching to a small model down from sonnet for my homegrown agent I’m suddenly running into a whole bunch of bugs and issues in my setup. Turns out sonnet and opus were just silently working around all the issues. Good to battle test your harness with a tiny model first I guess?

If you're in the market for self hosting a Matrix server Tuwunel is pretty cool. Fully built in Rust and extremely efficient. I have it running right now on a VPS and it's consuming close to zero resources and only 40MB of memory! matrix-construct.github.io/tuwunel/intr...

Should be fun to see how useful I can make it by simply giving it lots of memory upgrades, skills and some smart tooling. So far so good, seems like a competent little model I could even self host if I wanted to.

Since my personal agent experiment (Roci) was costing way too much with Opus & Sonnet I've changed the goal for it to be a competent productivity assistant for a reasonable price. Magistral small seemed like a nice little model to test run for this for a bit. Ten times less costly than Sonnet even.
