Romeo is a Dead Man is messy, oblique and sometimes old fashioned. However, those flaws paired with its constantly shifting art style, its singular weirdness, and the fact that it is just so god damn cool is what makes it deeply human.

Romeo is a Dead Man is messy, oblique and sometimes old fashioned. However, those flaws paired with its constantly shifting art style, its singular weirdness, and the fact that it is just so god damn cool is what makes it deeply human.

You got a port collection that suffered because Sega doesn't like playing nice with their own developers and giving them time they need, a remake that while clearly having effort in it has its own flaws and sands moments down, and a bad remake that cuts content from the original and has a sex pest.

no Mr. Morality Police but Kiwami 3 might be the most morally nightmarish remake ever made. There are probably infinitely worse ones out there as a game but this is the first time i've felt like things were made with a boiling maliciousness towards the source material and everyone who got em there
