These are mostly player memes, not dialogue. Like most terminally online stuff, the irony is layered so deep that its really difficult to untangle what's actually being communicated. This kid is an internet poisoned wierdo who played Helldivers 2 a lot and wrote a bunch of memes on bullet casings.

These are just Helldiver gamer memes, they don't mean what they appear to mean. "Bella Ciao' is a popular Helldivers 2 mod and "hey fascist! Catch! Uparrow, right arrow, three downarrow" is Helldivers 500kg bomb strat. Calling enemies "fascist" while actually being fascist is the joke.
