Be intentional with communication.
Say what you mean and mean what you say- and then actually do it.
I have a low tolerance for passive communication I’m not going to do extra work to figure out communication with you cause you won’t have to do that with me.

Regulating and prioritizing who/what needs and deserves time and energy.
Being intentional and forward thinking.
Making it a point to establishing a balance of being left tf alone but also showing up for my when it’s time.
Stillness.

Your brain feels like a split highway with a lanes.
Two landed are going NB with traffic averaging 90 MPH the other two lanes are going SB with with traffic going 35 MPH and then someone on a bike it trying to ride through straight across.

Always knew I was neurodivergent growing up cause of how much it was a chore for me navigating school.
Like knowing you’re not being taught the way YOU needed to be taught was wild as hell to watch in real time.
Formally getting diagnosed in your 30s while back in school was really a game changer.

The attitude I get from being overstimulated, which happens quite easily, is never about u.
The attitude or withdrawal comes from me not being able to process whatever I need to process right then & there & not being able to regulate/check myself about it before some more stimulus is thrown my way.
