Amazon just saved nearly $8B on its 2025 tax bill — despite profits hitting $90B — thanks to Trump's Big Ugly Bill.

Remember: Amazon spent $75M producing and marketing the Melania movie, while Jeff Bezos gave $1M to Trump's inaugural fund.

Quite a return on investment, huh?

It's almost like he's been a Tory MP and minister for the last 10 years...
Robert Jenrick announces Reform UK will keep the OBR and Bank of England independence, with an emphasis on fiscal discipline, signified by restoring the two child benefit cap.

The speech is essentially the same as every Tory chancellor's conference speech in the last 10 years.

Which is 6X more than the cancer, Alzheimer, diabetes, and heart disease cures they've cut to pay for it.

Can we all get this information correct in our heads:

+ Labour have not made any cuts to PIP eligibility and, as of now NONE are planned.

+ Labour also was NEVER looking at cutting the rates of PIP someone can get. In fact, rates are actually increasing with inflation.

+ The £5bn 'cuts' people spoke about were NEVER for reductions in spending from today's level, but to see spending increase more slowly, so by 2030, the annual amount spent would be £5bn lower than previously projected.

So what happened last year?

There was a green paper which suggested updated & stricter criteria for when someone was eligible for PIP.

This applied only for new claimants. People already getting PIP would have continued to get it.

These plans were initially going to be brought in via a bill last year, but were dropped.
