Lately, I've been experimenting with combat. Stamina, enemy behavior, player count, networking...lots of choices to make. But only a few more hurdles & I'll be going all-in on art!

Meanwhile, I added a context-sensitive sit emote, cuz I'm very focused.

For 120 years of filmmaking, sets and extras have been faked in post instead of being filmed practically, for logistics, schedule and budget purposes.

Matte painters are still on the credits of modern films. Talent remains, tools change.

JINX is a 3D action platformer inspired by Sonic Adventure, Super Mario Sunshine and NiGHTS :-) You can use spell cards and string moves together to move through the stages with style.

The stages are designed to be thoroughly explored like a mario 64 world, but also for speedrunning ala SA1/2

Been busy with new features and bug fixes. I've finally been experimenting with the visual style too - including tweaking materials, experimenting with outlines, and deciding on a style of the "corrupted" DataDevils that you'll encounter in the wild.
