bike story update... so i had two blowouts, but the folks at the bike shop kindly worked through the issue. it turned out the back rim had a small piece of metal that dug straight into the intertube. 😑 they didn't charge me for the new tubes. new bike blues.

They placed her and her five year old daughter in a hotel and told them not to contact anyone.
ICE didn’t want the community fighting for them.

Almost anything that represents real change is usually greeted by the Democrats as extreme. Think of how many candidates have been ruled out as “too far left“ and then they run some middle of the road “electable“ type and the Republicans end up calling that person a radical leftist anyways.
