Please keep this #lego set quiet from my daughter. Can we all just agree to keep this between us. This is vitally important.

A very rare trip to see #cpfc tonight, just down the road from me. As @timeveleigh.bsky.social points out, I haven't see Palace lose for 9 years so I am somehow a lucky charm.

Die Hard is a movie that my much better half and I (and now our teenage child) resolve to watch each Christmas, but time gets away from us and we end up too busy to do anything as time consuming as watching a film.

"I'm not allowed to read you the line and instead it will have to be voiced by an actor."
The BBC have told its staff they can't repeat Rutger Bregman's line about how Donald Trump is “the most openly corrupt president in American history”.

Which is a shame because Donald Trump is “the most openly corrupt president in American history”.

The bloke that utterly effed the education system, campaigned for Brexit and bought a bill to try and ban public bodies from boycotting Israel is doing what now….?
I’m a past winner of the Orwell Prize & won partly because I exposed Vote Leave’s unlawful activities.

Michael Gove was its co-convener & refused to answer a single q. He’s now a judge of the prize & our world is truly one that Orwell would recognise

I wish I didn’t have to share this. But the BBC has decided to censor my first Reith Lecture.

They deleted the line in which I describe Donald Trump as “the most openly corrupt president in American history.” /1

Why don't BBC commentators have to say "Emirates: other airlines are available", or "AmEx: other credit cards are available"?

Journalist challenge: Use “Machine Learning” when you mean machine learning and “LLM” when you mean LLM. Ditch “AI” as a catch-all term, it’s not useful for readers and it helps companies trying to confuse the public by obscuring the roles played by different technologies. 🧪
