BS is not improving my perception of the country nor the world.
My wonderful wife has tolerates my quirks. I’m tired of misinformation and lies.
I just model to improve my skills. Still trying after fifty years.

A peek toward the east end of “my”Bryson the ridge to right is much like a view block ..seems more geographically scenic. Hides the corner a bit too.Yes, N scale.

Sorry to say I do not know. I chose the BS nom de plume because there was a Mill circa 1860 less than less than 1/2 mile from our home .. I walk to the ruins beside the creek. I’ve led several historical group hikes to it through the years.. ah.. dam history🤣

My small workbench now with (home made) DIY LED strips .. cost maybe $1.00 and an old charger for a child’s toy.. saved from landfill.

I consider/appreciate the Buddhist word Dana. To each his/her own. And to practice Dana a life habit.

To the residents of NC:
Your legislators and judges have convinced me (gerrymandering was the final straw) I won’t be visiting not spending money on NC products.

After noon giggle:

Buddhism not a balm
not a sure panacea
Better to just sit.

Complicity lost
Feel need to be with others?
Just to reject change.

Hard to be in now
Choosing sides, demonizing
Blind to emptiness.

Don’t listen to me!
Yes, To be aware is hard.
I fail, yet again.

I voted.
I’ve voted in every election since 1968.
It is my privilege and my duty.

Fall, it’s time to say
A pause to all the friends
Reposts just echoes.

Winter fewer thoughts
And posting them, little joy.
Good night John boy. Sigh.

Model railroading:
an escape.
Nscale
Not too big
Not too small
Just right.
A challenge.
Create a world.
Control that world
Test fine motor skills.
Learn about unknown worlds.
Some possibility of camaraderie.
During my vacation
Reality is waiting to disrupt.
Yes, N Scale:
a welcomed diversion.

I’d like to think smart reasonable people work toward goals to make the world a better place NOT to receive (note I did not write:win) a Nobel Prize. The object of the Nobel is not to ask for recognition.
