Well it's not a biosphere, but the Moon is one place that was both untouched and pristine, before the space age: now there are nearly 200 tonnes of human #spacejunk left on the lunar surface. Including bags of feces. Pretty much the opposite of 'Leave no trace'

I have long argued for vitrification of nuclear waste, to obviate the risk of nuclear weapons proliferation, and as in this article, to minimize the environmental damage from the leaking tank farm at Hanford.
