I'm not a military guy, but for those that are career service members, when do they start asking themselves what "all enemies, foreign and domestic" really means? When does this soul searching for a definition begin? It's never too early.

There was no way this was done 100% above board. Demolition is a quick process, but this was expedited. Where's the environmental study? Engineering data? Check and removal of asbestos or lead? You can't just smash an 80-year old section of a building with toxins.

One excellent season does not make a coach worth that amount or a contract for that many years. It is impossible to sustain success, especially at Indiana, year after year. If it doesn't look good now, imagine in three or four years when they fire the coach and still owe him like 50M.

I work a construction job that shuts down a different gas station daily. I cone it off for security. It keeps out 90% of the traffic. But there's still 5-10 people a day who drive over the cones. They either don't care, can't see or can't drive. If I could revoke licenses on site, I would.

Does Hegseth think that grooming and weight standards will improve the performance of three and four star generals and admirals? Here I thought they were chosen for their leadership, organization and strategy. I guess they are chosen by who can best run towards (or away) from the enemy.

As someone who literally took a class in college defining the definition of sport, I can tell you they are both sports. If it's athletic and the purpose is competition, then it's a sport. Competitive eating is a sport. Scripps Spelling Bee isn't. E-sports might be.

Courts have found that the police have to legal requirement to help. They could see a crime and walk on. They could see you choke and walk on. This is why so many people say F the police. Because if our civil liberties are bent with justification for police, reciprocal action is expected. It's not.
